Sessions
Hands-on work, matched to how you play.
Every session is one-to-one with Richard and tailored on the day. Most people start with a 60-minute sports & remedial massage and go from there.
Sports & remedial massage
Deep tissue, soft-tissue and myofascial release on the muscles your sport overloads — hips and lower back for golfers, shoulders and forearms for racket players, calves and hamstrings for runners. The core of most sessions and the one to book if you're not sure. 55–60 minutes.
Deep tissue massage
Slower, firmer work for long-standing tightness — the shoulders that never drop, the back that's stiff every morning. Firm, but always within what you can breathe through. 55–60 minutes.
Trigger point work
Focused pressure on the knotted spots that refer ache elsewhere. You're involved throughout — breathing, feedback on where and how much — so nothing is done to you that you can't feel the point of.
Pre-event massage
Short, brisk work before a match, tournament or race to warm and loosen the muscles you're about to lean on.
Post-event recovery massage
Flushing, stretching and easing work after competition to reduce stiffness and get you moving freely for the next round or the next week.
Posture & movement check
How you stand, bend, rotate and swing, and which muscles are doing too much or too little. Done on your first visit and revisited as things change. Adults €60, under-18s €35.
Mobility & movement sessions
Guided stretching, range-of-movement work and foam rolling on the table and the floor, built so you can repeat it at home between visits. 55–60 minutes.
Home exercise plans
A short, realistic set of stretches and strength work for your sport and your week. Practical things you'll actually do, not a 40-page PDF.
Sports taping
Kinesiology and support taping to help a hard-working area through training or a competition day.
Home visits
Richard brings the table to you — home visits across the Costa del Sol on request.
Event, team & club cover
Trackside massage at tournaments, matches and club days across the Costa del Sol.

Not sure which session?
Message Richard what you play and what's going on and he'll tell you what to book.
What a session isn't
Richard is a sports massage therapist, not a doctor or a physiotherapist. He doesn't diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions, and he'll say so if what you describe needs a doctor or a registered physiotherapist first. For sore, tight, overworked bodies that need skilled hands and a sensible plan, you're in the right place.
